Any ideas? I saw a discussion on Bleeping Computer that lead me to think that Office & my HP printer might be conflicting. Just had to backup and delete HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Word/excel/Powerpoint\Addins\BtOfficeAddin.BtOfficeIntegration.1. Microsoft addressed this issue in ME329289, but the workaround did not work for us.
