First attempted fix: As recommended at the Tigris Subclipse wiki (subclipse.tigris.org/wiki/JavaHL), I added the line: -Djava.library.path=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/jni to the -vmargs section in my eclipse.ini. Now restart Eclipse, and hopefully it will work. Most of it is configured for me automatically, and if that automatic configuration changes, I don't want to have to repeat these steps and figure it out again.
